National First Place – Good Practice Award (ACT and European Health and Safety Agency jury) regarding the International Campaign for Musculoskeletal disorders: “Lighten the Load” - 2007;
First Place – Personae Award (Sonae Sierra) for best store regarding Health & safety. All stores have been visited and inspected, resulting in the acknowledgement of practices implemented at the stores and with partners in order to improve working conditions;
National Third Place - Good Practice Award (ACT jury) regarding the International Campaign for Risk Assessment – 2008/2009;
Honorable Mention in the MAPFRE Prevenir Melhor 2012 Award, a joint initiative of ACT - Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho (Authority for Working Conditions) and MAPFRE Seguros, for the project's distinction in promoting working conditions and risk prevention in the workplace;
Bronze Medal in recognition of sustainability performance by Ecovadis, the world's largest and most trusted provider of corporate sustainability ratings, with a global network of more than 90,000 rated companies;
Equal Pay Seal 2024, awarded by CITE - Commission for Equality in Work and Employment, for its good practices in promoting equal pay between women and men for equal work or work of equal value. This recognition is a testament to the ongoing commitment to gender equality and the elimination of pay gaps between women and men.
